Ways of dealing with ADHD children

Published by fjrudisill at 10:48 pm under Uncategorized Edit This

Obviously, it takes a lot of patience and good creative outlets to keep yourself from having a nervous breakdown.  Believe me when I say that some days are easier than others.  A few of the outlets I use are reading, crocheting, cross stitching and keeping an offline journal to vent my frustrations.  Because, you can’t keep your emotions bottled up or your children will begin to feel the tension coming from you and that will incite them to act worse than they normally would.  In short, when your children are calm find an outlet to ease your frustrations.  It could be almost anything; such as cooking, writing, reading, etc.
